VERY NICE! :D   We've been in construction for over a year now :( Our Roofer is really holding things up BIG TIME! The tiles have been sitting in the yard for a couple weeks now...it took him 6 months to get our tiles and now what the heck is taking him so long to put them up I have no idea, but roofers are flakes in my humble opinion (sorry to those roofers that aren't)

Thanks GFR I did get that engine in the boat last summer it sounds mean but hasn't seen the water yet. This house should be complete mid march so I'm ready for summer this year :beer

Thanks Wifie, it is hard to find good contractors. Contracts are the best way to protect yourself. I took 6 months off work to do this because I really wated to control the quality of the work and I'm cheap labor for myself.

  How have you done with all the rain this year and no roof :eek  :eek has it just been tar paper all this time? Sounds like special materials what type of tiles are they?

3000 living space 750 wrap around pourch small two car garage for the wife to park in. Plans in the county for a 4000 foot shop to go beside the home desinged to look like a Barn. The wife said I could only have as many toys and projects as could fit in the barn so it went from 2000 to 4000. It is being built in Santa Paula in Ventura County. I.ll post some new picks soon have to see the inspector in the morning.  :banghead  :banghead
