Have you heard about the OpenSSL Heartbleed Bug? Well this server doesn't have it.

So here is a tool that you can use to check any sites you normally go to. I have many online bank accounts and a credit union account. It is scary to see how bad they are graded.

I just tried Covered California, coveredca.com, the state health plan website. Even though it is not vulnerable to this one specific issue, it got an overall "F".

Watch your Android phone as well...not sure if they have a "bug" finder app for 'em...

Newer phones I heard you should be OK. It's the older software versions that are open to be attacked from what I have heard. I know I'm good and my S4 is not quite a year old.

I don't think you can even get a Not-So-Smart phone any more can you?? I'm thinking of trading my S4 in for the new LG Curve.

A few months ago I was up for an upgrade at a discount so I got the new Droid Maxx, pretty cool phone and easy to use and the best part is the battery life, under normal use not pushing it lasts for 4 days.

Actually I'm looking at the LG Flex. Seems to have  some killer batter life, 32gig storage, sounds like it has a way better screen. I like the curve design of it as well.  We will see if I jump and go for it. some where in the range of 600 bones for it. Down fall is that there is no provision to be able to put a memory card in it.

I looked at that one didn't really care for it that much, especially the price Mine was only $150 with my discount so that wasn't bad, can't put an SD card in mine either, but I don't keep much on it anyhow just stuff I can use anything else I just move it to my puter. Only downside on mine is the fact you can't replace the battery yourself it's sealed.

I have some music that keeps me entertained on the train ride to and from work. I also have a few pictures. I should get them off the phone and on to the laptop where they need to be. Even though the pictures are on the memory card.

I just have a few pics on mine too, I have a separate drive in my puter just for pics, I should get an external drive and back them up though.

I need to get an external drive as well and back up everything including the laptop. I just know something is going to take a dump on it's own.
