Posted by: catsmeow on Feb. 26 2004,5:46 pm <00FFFF'>That's so funny you should ask that.  Just this week I met someone on the plane    who owns a few Harley Dealerships in South Dakota.  Maybe he'll join in and you two could hook up before the Laughlin thing.  ScrimminHarley is his board name here on HD's Forum.  He hasn't posted yet, but I just sent him an email.     In our conversation he said he goes to the Laughlin run every year so I'm sure he's going.       Posted by: jordy on Feb. 27 2004,10:21 pm I was very seriously looking at Harleys.  With what I was going to put down (over 50%) the insurance was almost triple of what the payment was going to be.  At that point I started looking at a new boat (keepin' the yeller boat) but something more grown up like a deck boat (didn't want to be the DD every weekend), looked at 25' Daytonas (refuse to spend $4K a year on insurance) so now I have talked to some people about doing my backyard and making a desert oasis with a big ass pool...  I hate making insurance companies rich...       Posted by: JimboLHC on Feb. 28 2004,11:30 am The Mrs. and I ride a 100 anniversary Heritage. I'm sure we will be making a day trip to Laughlin for the bike run. It's easy living in Havasu. Maybe we can meet some of the people there.
