<00FFFF'>I've wanted a Countach S since I was a teenager (A few years ago ;) ) but for whatever reason, still don't own one.  Maybe I'd better start playing the Lottery again :laugh

Italian's can even make a tractor fast. :D

There was a guy in Durango that had one with an interesting drive train.  He had an aluminum BB chevy built to replace the..... ehem.... tempermental Lambo motor.  It was an odd combination, but more reliable supposedly.   :rolleyes

<00FFFF'>Chevy small blocks are a direct bolt in for Jaguar XJ-6s, so that's probably what gave him the idea. :good

That's what I thought also.  The funny thing was, the Chevy was pretty tempermental in it's own right, spent quite a bit of time in the garage.  Typical mid-engine problems (overheating the biggest one), and he had some sort of wild fuel injection on it.

I quit seeing it around town last summer, so I think he peddled it.

When you think about it, a motor is a motor and it's a pump and it don't know what it's in or where it's at. It's all about getting it to work!. :good
