Printable Version of Topic -HD Forums +--Forum: Open Topic Forum +---Topic: PWC accident in Parker started by RiverLiver Posted by: RiverLiver on Sep. 20 2004,1:34 pm This was posted by Boatcop I can confirm that there was a collision between a PWC and an outboard runabout on Saturday evening about 7:13 PM, in the area of La Paz County Park/Road Runner. The 35 year old female operator of the PWC was fatally injured. 2 persons in the boat received minor injuries. The incident is under investigation. As always, please hold comments and speculation until all the information is in and the investigation is concluded. What was she doing out at 7:13pm it was dark as hell out ??? I don't know man, seems like I hear of at least 1 or 2 fatal accidents down there every week.  It's really a shame.... I haven't heard of a Fatal boating accident in NorCal yet all year!  And believe me, when there is one, it is BIG news and they talk about it on the news for a few days about boating/water safety and stuff, because it is such a rarity up here.
