got new carpet for my beiser anyone have any recommendations for a good adheisive

I don't know how it would work in a boat, but I have used 3M spray adhesive on auto carpet, and it sticks like hell. worked real well

Don't think you can beat 3M, just make sure it's in the right place when you put it down because it ain't going nowhere!..

I re-carpeted my last boat. I used Henry's indoor/outdoor carpet glue from the Home Depot. It worked really good. I think the trick is to let it dry a little bit and get tacky before you lay the carpet. To remove the old glue I used MEK (methyl ethyl ketone) came right off. The fumes from the glue are pretty strong, so just keep some fresh air flowing.
