I'm surviving. It's getting easier as time passes. The key is to keep busy when that urge hits you. Kelley has offed me a supplement for when the urge hits and I forget about wanting to light up :D

I wouldn't mind being the last man on Earth - just to see if all of those girls were telling me the truth.

True....The key is to keep busy and let God handle the urge. (smoething I learned in rehab).
I was able to quit about 6 years ago. I smoked for 12 yrs. I feel that it is a mind game.
I have been drug free for...I can't remember how long.

I also did not tell anyone that I quit. (To late for that). And I did not count the days. Seems to go by faster that way.

I hope it's going well for you Todd. According catsmeow, today was the day she was going to stop.  When I spoke to her on the phone though, I could have sworn I heard her smoking.  I haven't brought up the issue though.
