Since the beginning of the holiday season to now I'm proud to say I've dropped about 15lbs.

24lbs as of this AM..........watching portions and skipping sweets mostly. Started at 284 and was 260 this morning.

Nighttime snack is sunflower seeds(shelled). Can watch tv all night snacking on them one by one which amounts to a small handful of actual nuts.

I know my sight was off a bit but damn. How much did you weight when we met last summer. You eat 100 pounds of Turkey or Ham this Winter.
