I've probably b een to Balboa Park in San Diego 20 times before and have never noticed this. The building was erected in 1915, and now houses the San Diego Historical Society Museum, The Photographic Arts Museum, and the Model Railroad Museum.

I guess I just never looked up when I went inside!

Last time I read anything on the subject, it was more like 2+ holsters for every gun. Somewhere there's a bunch o' "poor bastards" "holsterin'" their a$$es off to make up for us slackers. :(
