I saw this on the news the other evening. What came to mind is the weather guy guestamating the wind speed and direction by wetting his finger and hoisting it to the air. The telling us (after looking outside) That it was clear.

That kinda reminds me of an incident at a mine I worked at back in the 70s-80s. They wrote a guy up for workin' on a piece of equipment w/o lockin' it out before he had entered said equipment. He asked "WTF? I haven't even started workin' on it yet." Their remrk? "You know you would have done it anyway."
You got to be kidding me, Oh man the state trooper are going to be going all crazy with this The F'n Pricks.
