Happy Turkey Day! I'm thankful for the friendship of my HDF family, hope you all have a wonderful day.

And I'm really thankful I bought plenty of wine. Unfortunately since I"m also the taxi driver for my Aunt, guess I'll be enjoying it after everyone else is in a post dinner food coma. :drink

Hope everyone had a "Happy Turkey Day". I like to call it that because I've made some turkey happy today...I grilled a steak. I'm a life saver. Now I just wish I had some wine to go with the steak. Anyone want to share?

Come on over! We didn't go through nearly enough, so I have plenty leftover. Leftover turkey, stuffing, taters, pie, asparagus and cranberry sauce too. I was good, only had one glass of wine since I was the driver. Should have polished off the rest of the open bottle when I got home but I guess it will just have to keep til tomorrow.

I trust everyone has recovered from the T-Day feast?

We had a great time out in the desert. Deep fried two big birds, had a couple of hams and a big rib roast too. Fed a lot of hungry people :good

Got some great rides in also:

The wife and I took a morning run in 32 degree temps...

and the grand kids all jumped in for a fun run up and down the roller coaster hills!

Nobody got hurt and we all made it home before the rain!

It's a fact of Life:

After Monday and Tuesday, even the Calendar says : WTF .......
