Also, an update from Sandy...

Art might be needing another operation as he has sprung a leak (difficult to keep all that ornery-ness contained.....)

Sandy is having a tough time at the new house as their GC is seeming "less than reliable". If anyone knows a good,  decent GC in the area, especially for plumbing, let me know and I will get it to her......

Heal up fast boss, the River waits...
