So the old boat's 20yr old interior is starting to crack... :(   I continue to clean/treat it, but it's now dry as a potato chip on many of the "sun" surfaces...just a little pressure and SNAP... :beat   It's the red trim stuff, not the grey seat material.  :stupid

Any ideas?  New interior would cost more that the boat'$ worth, so patching/sealing is the next alternative.  Tried some Tear-Aid, but it's not sticking as advertised (might need to heat it with a hair dryer?).  Even red Duct Tape refuses to adhere... :rolleyes

Did try some Permatext and that sealed up the smaller nicks/tears, but the cracking areas need 1'-2' of coverage.  Just don't want the foam padding to start blowing out as we're towing down the road... :laugh

Tnks... :good

Local FiberTech dealer came by today to give it a look...talking to him on the phone was not encouraging... :(

Since the red has about lost all it's softness/plyability, not much can be done to save it... :beat
