Here's a little something I jotted down. I hope it isn't taken out of context. I feel really sick about this whole incident and wish there was more that I could say or do to help out. This was all I could think of for now so here goes;

Here today, gone tomorrow, seems like a terrible waste,
Leaving everybody in total sorry, going without any haste.

To a place that's always day, and nights there are but none,
A Place to go and stay, now that life is done.

Thanks, I try to look at the bright side, everyone has their time sooner or later, unfortunately it was sooner but at least his last days was the best days of his life. His boat took a shit earlier and after I got it going again he was stoked, then I took him for a ride in mine and he was on cloud nine, did a few hot laps, looked over and all I could see was a big ole smile on his face, then I aired it out for him and I thought sure as hell he was going to blow his wad all over the place!. After we got back he thanked me for fixing his boat and for the ride and told me that this was the best week of his life!...I will never forget!..

That is a great way of looking at things GFR. Treasure your memories, for they were good ones. Don't dwell on the bad, but instead, cherish the good.
