Is there any point in trying to fix a computor monitor? It is getting a little darker every week.   I tried the settings for it on the front and it is set to 100% as light as it can go.

I will probably just spring for a flatscreen this time.  Any recommendations?    :break  :break  :break

If it keeps getting darker, the picture tube is on it's way out, it would cost more to fix it than to buy a new one!. So I would suggest :break and get a new one!.. ;)

What is a good price to pay for a decent flatscreen?  We have a Fry's Electronics here.  Is that a good place to go?

Yep, when I build a computer I get all my computer parts from either Fry's or PC Club!.If you don't mind waiting though you can get even better deals on the net if you do some searching!.. :good

I picked up a new "ProView" 17" flat screen from Circuit City.  It seems   h    u   g     e, compared to the old one.  Now I can see the details in all those Op6C pics!!  :jumpie
