If any of you are considering dropping a few pounds -or- starting some sort of exercise program -or- just wanting to be more healthy check out this web site.
http://www.fitday.com/
It's to join and user friendly.
You can enter what you ate during the day and what activites you participated in (sitting on the couch, walking the dog or weight lifting, etc...) and it does a number of things with that info...gives you all kinds of charts...tells you what nutrients you have, still need, etc... tells you how far you are from your goals, tells you what your daily intake of saturated fat, carbs, proteins, etc...
IMHO it's a very easy site to navigate and keep you on track of your health goals.

Quote (Mrs big boy toys @ Jan. 04 2004,8:24 pm) | Thanks Wifey for the info... Â I just signed up. Â |
What do you think? Â User friendly IMHO Â
I think it's great and really easy...have you entered any "Custom" foods?
They also list "Desk Work" (like sitting here at the computer) as an 'activity' so don't cut yourself short...list all the movements you do throughout the day...they all count Â
