If any of you are considering dropping a few pounds -or- starting some sort of exercise program -or- just wanting to be more healthy check out this web site.

http://www.fitday.com/

It's FREE
to join and VERY
user friendly.
 :good

You can enter what you ate during the day and what activites you participated in (sitting on the couch, walking the dog or weight lifting, etc...) and it does a number of things with that info...gives you all kinds of charts...tells you what nutrients you have, still need, etc... tells you how far you are from your goals, tells you what your daily intake of saturated fat, carbs, proteins, etc...

IMHO it's a very easy site to navigate and keep you on track of your health goals.  :good

What do you think?  :comp User friendly IMHO  :)

I think it's great and really easy...have you entered any "Custom" foods?

They also list "Desk Work" (like sitting here at the computer) as an 'activity' so don't cut yourself short...list all the movements you do throughout the day...they all count  :good

Back to the healthy routine now that the holidays are over. There is no miracle cure for overweight except plain old hard work and due dilegence with food. I'm proof of that, so its about time to start loosing the winter insulation again and be ready for warm season. I get an early start on warm weather come March...Hawaii. Its like the kickoff of the summer season for me. :jumpie  :jumpie
Now Brad is one you better watch, he's gonna hit a plateau with that metabolism and suddenly....BOOOOOOM, he'll be wishing for some help from Richard Simmons. LOL

It seems user friendly. I really haven't done a whole lot of inputting yet just a little to see how it works and man it's pretty interesting stuff. Thanks again for posting the site.  :good
