Looks like its going to be a long season. USC punked UofA 99-90 and I watched most of the game it wasn't that close :(  That guy Farmer was on fuego, 2 losses in the PAC 10 all ready.

But we did beat ASU :D

With the Super Bowl being late this year, I figure it's about 3 weeks between football, and the start of spring training.  

Allready planning a trip down to Tucson in the middle of March to watch a couple games.

The best thing about this year is; in the past the sports writers are saying how good the team will be this year, what good trades we've made, blah, blah, blah.  This year, all they can say is that the team sucks, so at least our expectations are low. :D

I'm thinking that it's gonna be the Colts and Carolina in the Super-Bowl, should make for a good game.   :good

It must be tough to be a sports fan in Colorado. I dont follow hokey too much, but I think thats all you really have? At least the broncos won a couple of superbowls a few years ago.


I hope Carolina doesnt make it. Its time for the Eagles to go, after getting to the NFC championship game year after year and coming up short.  :p

Just to let ya in on a little secret.... Colorado = Football.  Somehow I got my wires crossed and gave up on the Bronco several years back.  

It's easy to tell how long someone has lived here by their favorite sport.  

Most newbies (read Californian refugees  :bebe :D ) are diehard Avalanch fans.  

People that have been here a few years will talk Rockies baseball.  

Nobody like the Nuggets.  

Natives live eat and breath Bronco football (with a few notable exceptions :D )

CU and CSU football, those are my teams, though neither one did squat this year.  College football is tops in my book.
