You ever make a choice in life that can turn out to change everything??? Well I just pulled the trigger.

I'm giving notice on Monday at work (after 8 years) and am going to Tucson. I accepted a position with a utility and am moving to a warmer climate. :jumpie

I'm no closer to the water but at least I won't have to freeze my ass off for 7 - 9 months out of the year.

Just though I'd share the good news with everyone.

that's awesome! I made the biggest change of my life last year (2003) after living in OC all my life (35 years) and following my dream to live near the river. Now living in LHC with my g/f and I'm very happy to get away from that hell hole in OC! Change is good!!! :good

How hot does it get in Tucson in the summer? Bet it doesn't get as hot there as it does here in Havasu... 124 degrees in the shade is typical during the hot summer months here in Havasu :angry

We usually don't get much over 110* we hit 119* last year.
