I saw this somewhere else but find it important to post here.
The rumor is that the Annual StatePark Passes are going to climb to $100 next month from the current $75.
I'll be in Havasu this weekend so I'll be checking into that for sure and reporting back if nobody else has or posts this as a fact before my return.

I bought a pass at Park Moabi last year that entitled me to get 6 entries into the park for $20.....I think it is more that that now, but they still have to honor my pass. And is good for up to 2 yrs after purchase

.
RiverRatMike,
It's not that bad of a thing but if I can save a few bucks I will and maybe save a few other peeps some dough. We launch often enough to make it worthwhile plus last year we used the pass in Sedona and a mining ghost town called Jerome...its good at all AZ state parks :good

Well, the Ranger at the Windsor entrance was VERY non-commital with me on Sunday when I asked...He smiled shrugged and said "its a rumor but I have not seen anything in writing as of yet"....supposedly the rumor was that beginning March the price is going up but with just a week left til March and no real Hard copy evidence of the increase it could go either way----In other words I have not gotten a true to fact statement from the Ranger. Wish I could tell you more.

Boat-in public camping facilities (accessible only by water) include 125 lakeshore campsites along the Arizona side of Lake Havasu from Lake Havasu City south to the Parker Dam. Most sites have picnic tables, shade ramadas, barbeque grills, pit toilets, and trash cans. The sites are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The user fee for these campsites is $2.00 per person, per day. Boat launch ramps are available at Takeoff Point at Parker Dam, Havasu Springs near the Dam on Highway 95, Cattail Cove, and Windsor Beach State Park. Other launch sites are available on the island in Lake Havasu City. There are boating, fishing, camping, and other facilities available on the Chemehuevi Indian Reservation; permits are required.

For more information call the tribal office at (760)858-4301.

RVRGIRL,
The annual Pass that I'm referring to allows unlimited entrance to ALL Az. State Parks (including Windsor) and also gives you a seperate card to use for the day use beaches you mention along the Az shores. The pass was real handy for me and family last year cuz it allowed us to get into parks in Sedona and other places we visited.... :good
Currently that pass is $75 but is suspected to raise to $100.
