Me and a few of my buddies are planning to head out to copper canyon Memorial day weekend.  I've been hearing roomers that they close the canyon and the sand bar on holidays.  Is this true?

I'm pretty sure they close them down, and if there is access I'm sure it would be very limited access and regulated

I have not heard of Copper Canyon being closed for Memorial weekend.

I know it has been open for the last two years.

Maybe I am wrong. If someone has official info please post it. I plan to be out there with the GO BIKINI give-away that weekend. :good
