Hello everyone~ This is a email that I got from my friend Kim that has MS. The info is below. If you could help her out with pledges that would be wonderful. This is going to a great cause.
My team name is:
"KC & CREW and the San Bernardino County Probation Dept"
Team Captain: Kimberly Cardwell
This year we are participating in the Redlands Walk.
It is April 17th in the morning. Check in and
registration is 7:30 - 8 am. The whole walk should be
done by 10:30 am (for the 5K , which is 3 miles).
People can also continue on and complete a 10K if
they'd like.
It should be a lot of fun!!! Entertainment and lunch
will be provided. I am hoping for a big turnout this
year. The walk begins and ends at Smiley Park in
Redlands.
If you'd like to register to walk, you can call
1-800-FIGHT MS to register by phone (by giving them the
team name and team captain name).
Last year our team raised over $3,492.00 !!! We were in
the "Top 100" of all the teams!!! Woooo-hoooo. Our goal
this year is $5,000- in pledges. I KNOW we can do
it!!! We can all work together to end the devastating
effects of multiple sclerosis. The MS Society is
working hard to find a cure, soooooon.
Please pass this info along to anyone and everyone who
might be interested in helping out with this very
worthy cause !!!
