Found this in one of my young pepper trees. Just your average honey bee family, looking for a home. Hope my bug guy calls me back before they find one in one of the older trees I have.

My bug guy came this morning and they are gone. We have a HUGE hive in one of our pepper trees right near the front walkway that we have been battling for years. We are now going to try to have him come every two weeks and fill that sucker with poisen. We are seriously considering getting rid of the tree, but I hate to because it's about 6-7 feet in circumference. It really shades my front yard and cools the place off. I couldn't replace it. At one point there were three separate hives in the tree, it's that big. I think we are down to one .
BTW, I liked the WD-40 idea, but there's not enough in one can . . . emphasis on the "run like hell!"

Nice words from a Democrat  Â
Bees are so much fun.. Â |
AZKC is a Democrate?  Why did you have to mention that?  Now I have to look at him differently  j/k.  Â
I'm still waiting for Perot to be Pres. Â Â |
Is there any such thing as "Nice Words from a Democrat"??  I always thought that they are always on a smear campaign.  Can't run on their own platform because they can't recall anything that they ever did that was good, so they have to attack the Republicans with a smear campaign.  These folks don't get it....I don't want to know what the opposition did in his/her bedroom 15 years ago, I want to know what they have done and what they are gonna do that will benefit me and my family  F'ing Democrats! |

I think McCain is a great guy. I voted for him in the primary. I'm not to happy about him considering being Kerry's running mate . Even though it really couldn't happen without McCain switching and giving up his integrity.
AZKC, you are like a timex--you take a lickin' . . . you know the rest. We give you so much grief on this board and you don't seem to get upset at all.
