Driving time from the land of Miller (Solvang/Santa Ynez) to Havasu/the River (pulling a boat)??  I know how for it is from here to Havasu/the River, just need the rest of the story.

I think that it took us 7 hours to get to Havasu. But that was going down to OC to meet up with the HD crew. So I think that you could do in a little less time.

Is it a decent boat?  He said mechanically and structurally it's in pretty good shape, but just average cosmetically.  

I'm going to call Todd and talk to him somemore about the boat this afternoon, I'll see if he has any more pics.  If not, I'll let ya know.   :good

I don’t know the boat real well. The only time that I have seen it; it didn’t have an engine in it.

I think that it is a wood deck under the yellow paint. It has potential but cosmetically it could use some work. I would bet that he would let it go cheap so it would probably be worth it if you are looking for a project.


Todd’s brother works in LA sometimes so he may be able to take it down there to save you a few miles. Just a thought.

Ahhh...got it :D  :laugh   It's all little Mexico to me.  Do they still have that 12 mile "free zone" down there in Nogales?  I always thought that was interesting :rolleyes  :confused   Figured that after an illegal was 12 miles in, they were home free :rolleyes

Stayed home and watched Nascar and Baseball and had a few more :beer This weekends slammed with the IHBA's up in PHX(not sure if we are going or not yet) and a huge party (4000-5000 peeps) on Saturday that we try and go to everyyear.

Maybe the we'll go the weekend of Mothers Day/Beckys Bday :)  that was our first and best trip last year.

Hell you should have called, I was solo on Saturday.  Went out and shot some clay birdies in the morning then just sat at the house watching crappy movies on TV.  :sleep
