Well, since I don't have a bank down here, I wasn't even about to ask how much those shysters at B of A or Wells Fargo charge for the same service.
That little red can weighed about 20 lbs, so we're not talking about a little loose change around the house. I figured I've been throwing quarters and such in there for pretty close to 5 years now. It would have taken me weeks to seperate and roll all that change.
And, last time I rolled my own, so to speak, I had to wait in the bank almost 45 min while the change was counted. It only cost me a couple bucks and now I've got a little folding money in my pocket.
A dog doesn't care if you're rich or poor, educated or illiterate, clever or dull. Give him your heart and he will give you his.

I use coin wraps from the bank(they give them to ya) and one of those cheap battery operated coin delios and then take them to the bank, no rip off!..

Coin Star takes 7 to11% of your change it is a rip off but its easier then wraping them and taking them to the bank and to be honest the banks hates getting coin ..So what we do is when we make our trip to yearly Laughlin trip we stay at Harrah's and I lug this huge can or cans of coin that we saved all year they have a coin changer in the casino that takes all coins.... yes pennies and dimes too!..I dont know if any of you noticed but none of the casinos in vegas will take anything except Quarters and Nickles any more... well it helps pay for the trip ..well with the price of gas being up so high it might be enough to fill the suburban and the boat and pay for the the Coors Light! But I will have to pay out of pocket to fill both tanks for the drive home..

I have a jar on top of the washing machine. Every year, around Christmas time, I cash it in and get paid about $150-$200 for doing laundry for the year. Do I buy myself something? Of course not, I usually use it to buy Christmans gifts for the kids.
