I would guess your staying in the "El Monte RV Coral". It costs us $75 for the week. They allow on car with an RV pass, but I'm pretty sure you can buy additional car passes. For the drag races they don't pack the rigs in to tight, you have enough room to let out the awning. The track keeps lights (really bright ones) going all night, so if that bothers you or someone staying with you, plan ahead. The camping spots are pretty level, but you'll use your jacks for sure. The spots aren't paved, but it's that hard pan desert soil, just as good. I'd get a fake grass rug (the one's that are about 10'x15' or so) and spread it out, keeps some of the stuff from getting dragged into the rig.
It's just dry camping as well, but there is a honey pumper that comes around a couple times a day, it is expensive though. The truckstop up by I15 has free RV dumps. I hear they have showers at the Nascar events. The people with the showers were there for the drags, but didn't do much business. We're there for 5 days during the drags, but we take showers at my moms house, and have never ran into a holding tank or fresh water problem (and that's with at least 6 people).
Pretty much anything goes, within reason. We get pretty lit up in the evenings, but no one has said anything to us yet. With all the generators running and stuff going on at the track, you usually can't be to loud. Lot's of trash can around, so you don't have to worry about storing trash. They also have a bunch of portable biffy's, so that helps the holding tank situation a little (at least for the guys). They won't allow you to take a beer or food in from the RV's, but a little discretion goes a long way... wink wink.
Wal-Mart is just down the road a little ways (just past Craig and Vegas Blvd), so if you need anything, you can just run down there.
You'll have a blast. LVMS is a great place to spend the weekend.
