Welol we made it to Az finally sheesh what a mess it has been , court son was arrested I got handcuffed.. lawyers police I was suppose to come out here and retire and just have fun mmm somone let me thru the wrong dorr I think LOL

so how is everyone doing at havasu LOL better then us I hope

well hope u all are doing good and having a great summer we hope once things settle a bit here we can come and meet some of you guys.......

Well to continue my story that I had wrote in the thread down to the wire.... we get everything packed and we leave ohio to head to Tenn for my sons court date which is on the 21st . so car in tow and truck twins and the animals LOL...... SO we go to court leave the twins way from the court while the youngest watches them... in court they decide that Tenn doesn't have jurisdiction over the case. so they cancel my sons custody order, (now remember Tenn ssays they have no jurisdication) so after court since the judge and mind u the same judge who gave my son the emergency custody order decided this time they did not have jurisdiction to say they could have any say. so we are all upset and about to hand the kids over, however our lawyer tells us take the kids and go to Az. so Dana says wait we need to talk in a private room. so in the room he says hey Tenn just said they have no jurisdiction so no one has custody and u have them so take them to Az... Dana says now We do not want to get in troubler for kidnapping or anything he says hey he is the father so they both have the right to the kids so go. SO Dana gets in the car and goes heads for the border. my son and I stay in the room with the lawyer to talk further and I asked twice I said no listen I do not ant to get it for kidnapping he kept saying how can they ..... the other lawyer comes in and says they want the kids. my son says u just won in court saying u have no juristdiction . u should have seen the lok on her face she was pissed... so she comes back and says we are calling the police so we told her again go ahead u just said in court Tenn has no rights ..... SO my son and I slowly walk out to the truck thru all of them and drive off... then I realize Dana has my cell and hers so I can't contact her..... well we just decide to get out of that county to be safe.. I go to a pay phone and call her so we can meet we decide to meet in Ak border..... SO we meet there and I get My son with her and tell them to just drive strait to Az so they can make it there by Thursay nite to find a lawyer ......and me and my other son will drive thr truck and meet up when we get there . well with all the adrinline stress and excitement I drive 41hrs none stop.. to Az. we got a lawyer and are working that now.. supposedly they did try and file kidanpping but it got squashed... also to avoid that we take My son down to get a pertunity test so we fork out 1200$ for a 1 day turn around well it didn't get sent out in time so we did not get a 1 day then it didn't get sent the next either so we were yelling at everyone about that LOL but Dana made them give us half the money back since we did not even get the 3 day..... Ok so we finally get the test back and both were 99.99%. and now we have a court date in Az for the ninth of aug and they are or have served the mother telling her to come to court. however supposedly there is a custodial interference charge from Tenn. MMM we ask the Tenn lawyer how again since Tenn says they do not have jurisdiction. so thats how things stand now

Sorry if I am writing to much here LOL just venting but let me ad the rest to top this all off...

For 2 months we have been set to take over this storage complex our move in Date was the first and we were a little early so we start working the busines and getting trained the PPl here have no packed a thing so they are trying to get her out and she doesn't want to leave so come sunday we all show up still has not packed a thing. so we all load all her stuf into a truck and there is a huge fight and so on it was a huge mess. I tell ya I sure can't wait for things to settle down just a little bit LOL. we are both totally stresed LOL and al of us stuffed in this little trailer for now we do have a brand new home going to go in before the end of the year so hopefully that will go better then the rest LOL Hey SO how was everyone elses week LOLOLOLO

Well we went to court today and while we are sitting in the court room waiting to do the hearing our son gets arrested,,...So we worked all day to get him out he got released on his on recognense (spelling)?

so we are waiting to hear so we can go pick him up then I am not sure what our next move is now. the kids are still with us and no word from the mother so we think that was her last ditch effort but who knows.... so I iwll post more once we hear more

Holy simolians...and I thought my custody fights with my ex back in the 70's was complicated. Please keep us updated on what is happening.

ok so we get the call to go pick him up when we get there of course they have all the paperwork messed up and tell us it will be a cpl, hours still.. so we wait in the mean time we decide to go to mcdonalds and get somthign to drink... so we drive there next thing we know we get pulled over guns pulled on us cops yelling hands out the window they run over hadncuff me........ So we are saying what the hell is going on they tell us our car came up on a felony charge for my son which he is already arrested for and in the jail around the damn corner and about to be released.. SO they finally get the whole story and un cuff me well at least the girl cop was good looking hehehe..... and we finally get him out, however they tell us that our car could still be in the system so we could have to go thru the same damn thing again untill it gets cleared so it has been pretty damn exciting since we got to Az and new court date on the 16th of Aug so we will see what happens then
where is the next party we are going to need one soon :drink
