STV Keith is bringing a Duramax box to Havasu this weekend. Plug it in and it will give you another 90 hp and 150 ft./lbs. at the rear wheels.

The old factory wheels are sitting in my backyard until next Tuesday when I take them to their new home. I'm pretty certain a guy at work is going to buy them for his truck as it's the older body style with the chrome rings and rally caps. These are much nicer for his application. Just a little too narrow for mine. Besides, I needed the bling-bling factor.

Thanks guys.

I have to tell you a story though. I've had the truck for a week today. As I'm driving around yesterday out in the sticks, I have a dumptruck coming the other way on a two lane road pepper me with half a dozen little rocks. Most of them just bounced off, but one put a great big chip in the top of my freshly tinted front windshield... needless to say I wasn't very happy. The only good thing was it was about two inches from the roof line so I just went and got it fixed/filled with whatever they use. It did piss me off to no end though. :angry

Work lets me drive whatever I want. They pay a flat fee and then mileage. This is basically the same truck as my old one, but new. I had the old one for 7 years and I'm planning on keeping this one for a while as it's a tremendous pain in the ass to get everything set up the way I want it and I really don't want to have to do it every couple years. I can keep this one for work for another 6 years so I'm set.

Stereo should be on it's way to me from California and get here early next week.

As far as the lift, what you see is all torsion bar and I'm going to get some different adjuster deals so I can pickup an extra inch or so. It only rubs when I'm turning over bumps or hauling ass. Just a minor problem. Looks good going straight though.
