That the majority of people that have these huge boats that go out to Havi don't know how to operate them??

On Saturday we launched from the Marina and as I was backing the trailer up to retreive our boat this dick head backs up his trailer and takes up two spots (mine included)? Then the driver couldn't get his 50ft Magic (okay I'm exaggerating) onto the trailer. For one they where shit faced. There where more people on that boat than there where seats for them. It was incredible. It took him literally like half hour to get his boat out. I don't get it.  :stupid

I've noticed that too.  Maybe it's because since they have the $$$ for those huge boats, they have other things going on in their lives too.  Whether it be other high $$$ hobbies or the jobs where they make the $$$ in the first place, they may have not spent that much time boating. :stupid

It's sad, but sometimes true.  :(

There is a lot of money out on the lake. These guys don't even take care of their shit. They don't even care about other peoples stuff. These guys cruise down the channel bumping into other peoples boats like they own the place. I don't get it. Yeah......we might not have a huge boat like you but we do want to take care of what we have. Just because they have the money to buy themselves a new boat every year.  :(  :rolleyes

I honestly think that the majority (key word" MAJORITY) of the people with these huge boats don't have  a clue what they are doing.  :(  I saw this dude cruise down the channel in his huge boat with like 20 people in it, smoking a cigarrette, bumping his music, he was all driving, leaning to the side like a gangster, bobbing his head. He stops ok...stops :eek  in the channel to ask me to get on his boat with him. :rolleyes  Ok.....sure buddy!!!  :bebe  :rolleyes  IT was pretty funny. All these dudes that where next to us started spraying their stupid water gun thingies at him. I don't like those water cannons but that was a good time to use it.  :laugh

In my opinion nobody should take more than 3 minutes in the launch lane when launching or retrieving---Get it off or on the trailer then get the Fock out of the way and do your piddly stuff away from the ramps...too many people spend their time loading and unloading their crap while in the launch.
