Hope the guy had contractor's insurance...!!!

LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. – A propane torch used by roofers appear to have been the cause of a massive house fire in Lake Havasu City Thursday.
According to fire officials the call came in shortly after 9 am Thursday to find the home on the 1900 block of Deer Run, engulfed in flames.
A neighbor said he saw the roofers using the torch before the blaze and felt that it was unsafe. He said a short time later he heard the homeowner scream and he ran outside to see the house was on fire.
No damage estimates have been released, but the home appeared to be nearly destroyed, though spokesman Charlie Cassens said that some of the home contents may be salvageable. In statement released by Cassens he reported that several vehicles and a motorcycle were saved from the garage. There were no injuries reported.

That sucks big time.  I've been on many fires that were accidently started the same way.
