OK, I got it to work, Real Player was still installed here on the computer at work, so I took it off. Â
Very well done, I'm glad I watched it.
I will say that there is really nothing new in it. I agree whole heartedly with the points made in the documentory, however as a student of history, the information presented is not anything new or earth shattering.
I usually don't make my political views known, I feel they are some of my most pirvate and personal beliefes and that frankly it's none of anyone bussiness. That being said...
What makes me angry is the ignorance of history in the country. These events happened over 30 years ago, but are treated as if they occured 3 days ago. That John Kerry has made it this far in his politcal carreer does not speak well for the people of Massachusetts. That he has been able to base his entire life on what can be argued at best as embellishments and at worst as treasones lies is nothing new.
The reason that I backed the President this ellection has nothing to do with what transpired 30 years ago on a Air National Guard base or in Senate hearings. I voted for the President because of what John Kerry could never do, take a stand on an issue and stick to it, regardless the costs. The job of President is not easy, lives and welfare of the people that he is entrusted to protect are always at stake, even in relatively tranquil times. President Bush is doing what he sworn to do by the constitution, protect America from all aggressors and execute the powers of the office appointed to him. Sure, he stumbles over words, hell I do that, but he believes in what he is doing, regardless of the political outcome.
To be honest, in the last election I voted for Bush mearly as the lessor of two evils. But, on a cool clear afternoon in September not long after 9/11, I saw the President answering questions from reporters in the Oval Office. He was asked what our reaction to the attacks would be. President Bush stood up, and with tears in his eyes said that we would do what ever it takes to show those that would willingly attack the United States that we are a people that will not be intimidated. At that point, I decided that I would back this President, not for my own personall and selfish reasons, but because he is the best man for the job that needs to be done.

A dog doesn't care if you're rich or poor, educated or illiterate, clever or dull. Give him your heart and he will give you his.
