Kerry just didn't know enough to make positive inputs on issues, but he made a good front to general public to make it look like he did.
Whatever he did it was always the opposite of Bush and he hoped there were enough Bush haters to make it in....it could have been disasterous for the US if he'd won.

I know one thing that hurt Kerry is when he took a cheap shot at Cheney's daugther, I thought that sucked big time!.. :beat
