Round things like brg races ring when you hit them with some thing or bounce them, is the sound traveling in a circle?

If quizzes are quizzical, what are tests???

I would think that the sound is resonating and creating some sort of standing wave, and giving it that pulsing sound. But I am not a Physicist so I cant say for sure.

But I did stay at a holiday inn express last night.  Thats cool just wondering as I was bouncing a brg race in my office.

I often wonder things like that and try to figure it out. The simplest Mechanical things will keep me occupied for hours. My wife thinks I am nuts!

By the way I still play with Legos. They are one of the coolest inventions of the modern era.  :)
