I was worried the water was going to be too cold for the kids to play, but is wasn't too cold for them!!  The river was empty!  70mph (alone- no kids) any time of the day, coulda got more but my battery came loose and broke my hose to the jack plate so my motor was stuck in the lowest postion...Here are 3 pictures.

My wife was trying to talk me into going there instead....The only way I can run wide open there is to wake up as the sun rises, get in the boat and go EARLY.  Even then those WakeBoard boats with the water bags in the stern throw quite a wake- and it doesn't loose much size even if it travels all the way across Havasu, so I have to be carefull who passes me in the other direction because his wake is on the way!!  The problem is hitting the 1st of the 3 wakes with only the tail end of my boat in the water will throw it up and the nose down into the 2nd of the 3 wakes, I haven't burried it yet but boat gets crazy- not fun!!!

Thanks,  The wheel and guages are new- used to be black with gold bezels....We stayed at the Blue Water Casino, wife likes it alot.  We are going back April 14-20 if anyone else will be there!  Where do you normally go??

The war may have had something to do with the lack of boaters..........below a 300+ foot dam......

OK OK jeez I'll come on out  :D , Lets say the weekend of August 2nd(my bday, hittin the big 45) got 4 days off and it should start cooling off by then :laugh Probably stay at the Bluewater been wanting to ck it out also.
My wife loves it when I plan things that she knows nothing about :angry When I hit 40 she asked me what I wanted and I told her to pack, the plane to Vegas leaves in 4 hours :eek I'll just tell her we're taking the boat out and make a left in Phoenix instead of a right.

Make sure you cruise up to Red Rock and Fox's and take in the Sundance too, that's where the fun is!..  ;)  :)
