Last year I was suppose to go deer hunting (or Stalking as they call it) in Scotland. The arrangements were made by a friend of mine and two days before we were going to leave he backed out on me. Witch canceled the trip. Needless to say I was very disappointed!
Well I just got off the phone with a Gamekeeper friend of mine in Scotland and he has arranged a stalking trip for me this winter. I am pretty excited, I will finally get to go on my dream hunting trip!
I am sure that most of you don’t care about this (seeing how this is a boating site) but I was excited and had to share it with someone!

Aren't there laws against that kind of stuff? Â
If the enviro waco’s have their way there will be one.
Over there a Gamekeeper makes his living out of shooting sports like this. The game that is killed weather it is Deer, Birds, or Rabbits gets sold to butchers that in turn sell it to markets and restaurants. That income supplies a salary to a keeper and in return he takes care of the game habitat on the estate. It is a really neat system that has been in place for hundreds of years.

At least you added "hunting" in there. I can think of quite a few other "dream" trips and they involve hunting of sorts, but nothing with a rifle. Island trips hunting the ever elusive punanni monkey.
