Was offered the "Severance Package" last week that starts 2/15/07....shock and dis-belief, at first.... :eek  :say?

Went over everything with my investment guy today....he says "go for it".... :beer
I'm 62 in October, and the package gets me there, with some to spare... :cool

Talked to HR today, as they want to make an "official" announcement.... :ass
Said they are likely to "call me back" on a contract basis, but can't give a timeline... :rolleyes

Wow, it's all so "sudden"..... :stupid   I've got 30 days to give 'em my final sign-off.... :phone
