Does anyone know a good fiberglass shop in Orange County or in California for that matter- I (my wife) wants me to take her to Parker for our annaversery (July 24-27) and by the sound of a couple shops- I will be looking at Augest.
I took the motor off to make the repair easier but I could build a boat myself by Augest.......... Help!!!

Jim at Jim Wilkes Marine, Santa Ana was supposed to look at my boat yesterday- I borrowed my wifes Tahoe- took the crashed boat to work with me, and by noon Jim wasn't there. I left my # twice, then finally I drove there anyway to leave the boat for him to look at. When I get there I am told he was at lunch, (20 mins earlier he wasn't there yet....lunch???) So I leave and wait for his call.....and then waited all day today....... I can't stand shops like this- But actually the idiot did me a favor because with a start like this I know how the next 2 months would have gone- I have since been told that shop is SLOW and the work is marginal at best, so my boat will NOT be going there- Thanks Jim!!!!!!

Did you get everything taken care of? Â Who did you decide to go with for the repairs? Â HD said you had more damage than what the picture showed. Â |
