Way to hard without a wheel and control of the throttle.  Trying to steer with arrows just doesn't cut it.  Response sucks on that boat.  :laugh

Ok now Doug, I've tried this on three different computers and I just now realized something...........I'm not seeing the full picture of where to navigate. :eek  :laugh  On L1 I could not see up past the back end of the white boat so thats why I couldn't tell to go around the dock, yet I kept trying and made it several times by brail. :rolleyes  :laugh  Level2 I could see ok ...
Now after I changed to my home PC I can see more of the navigable areas but I have to scroll with my mouse roller at the same time use the arrows and attempt to steer and throttle the boat...
Its become hopeless for me.. :banghead  :banghead  :banghead I need an extra arm or probably a different screen setting somewhere :comp
Or link the game so it opens to a full view page????
