I'm hoping for some snow and rain in the western rockies cuz bottom line is we need the water. period.
The extra cut would be a stop gap if the drought continues and in 5-10 years they'll look at deepening it again.

cracks me up cuz at Mandelons Halloween party there was a girlfriend of his wife who is an enviromentalist wearing an outfit to plead for the stop of global warming, but to create this costum she used a huge chunk of styrofoam......
