The heater core was never the problem :banghead

The outlet on the intake was a little plugged :eek

And also a little brittle, as when I tried to remove the quick disconnect it snapped of in the intake :break

After about 45 minutes of cursing, got that biatch

Threw in a regular hose barb fitting and the heater will cook you out of the cab now :beer

Just a side note, the other project I was doing that day. Just a comment "If you don't have the time or skills to do it right, leave it alone"

One of the previous owners of the RX7 hacked in a CD Changer, it was such a nightmare I just yanked it out.

I know what you mean about hack jobs, I had a pile of wires like that when I ripped the excess stereo wires out of my boat after I first bought it. Some people have no clue. :banghead

As a Parts Specialist we adapted and over came the problem of not having the right size and got the customer on the road
