No matter how much planning and prep work ya do :rolleyes Seems the Christmas rush just kick's your ass :banghead

Need to just tone it down a bit I think. The gift giving, the parties, and all the other stuff, really can kink
up the holiday cheer it seems :drama

But it does help the Beer taste better :beer

They had the annual Christmas Fireworks down at Manhattan Beach last night. Great way to kick off the season!  :good

Took all the little kiddlies out and before it was over they were wanting to go back inside 'cause it was a bit chilly on the beach. :cold

Of course I made them stay until the grand finale!  :good

Afterall, they better not scream..... :D

I'm headed to the gym, then off to pick up the last 2 gifts.  Shopping was light this year, because the kids are only getting one gift under the tree.  That was hard for me.   :laugh

Holiday hectic is normal but this year much more burdon on me with my parents' health issues.....
I always feel a bit of letdown after the holidays end, don't know why I just do.....like a sad feeling after I take down the lights.

Same here...especially the lights thing...  :break   Makes it dark/depressing when ya come home in the eve.... :(

We took it easy on lights/decorations this year....we'll be gone between Christmas and New Year's.
