The Gladiators new show is back on and is on tonight. :good

Watched the 2 hour season opener last night. SOme of the Old games just updated and some new ones. Leila Ali and Hulk Hogan host it this season.

I'm looking forward to having the LoserBowl on TV tonight....I've got some stuff to do around the house and the sound of a football game in the background is just what I need to help ween me off Monday Night Football... :banghead

If I were to put something good on I'd be tempted to watch and wouldn't get my chores done.

Even though I don't like the BCS, I'm looking forward to the game.

There has been rumor of college football playoffs to decide the national champions. I hope that is just a rumor, because the BCS has screwed up long standing college bowl traditions. A play off system would really F things up.

I'm sure we'll have it on, but I could give a rat's ass who wins...I don't like either team. I loooooooove college football but I'd be happy with a 0-0 tie to shut up fans from both teams.

Seems like it would be good to see who's the best of the best. Lots of small schools out there could show there stuff. Lots of talented kids don't have a chance because they can't afford Ohio State or USC or a few others.

Agreed on the increased chance of injuries...but I have to wonder if a playoff system would once and for all shut up conferences like the SEC who think they walk on water. :rolleyes

Going back to the traditional Pac10-Big10 matchup in the Rose Bowl this year was a disaster...it had the potential to be a great Bowl if the bid had been extended to Georgia, instead of the ho-hum who cares game it was. I do miss the old days, pre-BCS. I swear now there is a bowl for just about anyone. :rolleyes

I read something last week that the estimated payout for each team in the Big 4 bowls was approx $17 million. :eek

I hate Ohio so I was glad to see them lose. Even if they didn't belong there. I switched back and forth between the Suns game and the bowl game. Mostly watched the Suns. :good

I honestly didn't know the outcome until I logged on....my wife switched the channel to "That 70's Show" before half-time and it never got switched back.....but I did get alot of stuff done.
I transferrred all the music from each individual computer in the house to one central computer which I'm going to connect to the home sound system.
Next will be the wireless LCD picture frames all around the house!

It will be interesting to see what comes out of all the "Plus-one" discussions that will be going on...although it wouldn't even come into play until 2010-11.
