On our way home from CBBB this morning we stoped to get breakfeast at McDonalds when I biffed it in the parking lot. Got a raspberry on my knee and twisted my ankle. So I limped back to the truck. One of the employees was nice enough to give me a bag of ice. Iced my ankle most of the way home and took some tylenol. 5 hours later I still cant walk and my ankle is swollen. Its either a bad sprain or a torn ligament, and it feels like the latter. I have a doc. app. tomorrow.

This is bad timing for me as I was suppose to take a medical test on wed :(

CBBB was the best river trip this year. I never laughed so hard at all you crazies we hung out with fri and sat nite.

Our boat set some impressive numbers this weekend to.

Sorry to hear about your ankle. I twisted mine right before OP6 and I refused to go to the Dr. in fear that they would tell me I need a cast or something that I couldn't get wet. I waited to long for that event and I would have rather had them rebreak it when I got back then miss that. Luckily it must have just been a sprain, because in about 3-4 weeks I was a hell of alot better.  Hope your ankle gets better!

I'm sorry to hear about your ankle Windy  :( , but am glad you had a good time at the CBBB! :good  I wish I could have gone.  I'll have to commit to going next year in time to get the time off of work.

Doc says he doesnt think I fractured anything, but I gotta get an Xray tomorrow to be sure.

Doc says it should take about 10 days to heal, but I can go back to work as soon as I feel better.

Doc gave me some good meds, a splint, and told me to come back in 10days...thanks Doc.
