In who's universe would that be??
I'm salary, though since I'm "non-exempt" I get 1/2 time over 40... WOOHOO!! That also means I can't push any extra hours into the next week...
What happens is I get called that someone is feeling icky and can't work... at the end of the week. So many times I don't even get extra days off. I work the weekend and oops!! Monday is a new week, back to the salt mine.
I work more weekends now that when I was on shift work. |
Was a normal thing, time 1/2 on Sat, double on Sun and tripple on holidays!.
Yeah salary sucks, worked salary at one job and that was the last time I ever did that!..
