I have this really old 1989 Kawasaki TS jet ski and am desperately looking for someone to get it running again. It's in good shape and was working fine until yesterday - tried to reach Lilian but he never called back - any suggestions? Thank you! Leah B

That's what I thought at first - called Walts - they won't even touch it, way too old. Gonna try Hy-Tech tomorrow but probably won't get it back til next season. Lilian is like the only guy for old skis, but he is so busy he doesn't need want any more work. Thanks tho...

On somethin like this I'd go with a 'shade-tree' mechanic....unless you want to spen a pile of money on a $500 machine.  Just my $.02 worth.  

On another site I just read a post by a guy who's late 80's Johnson V8 was in the shop for a year @ $5300, to fix an ignition problem.  When he could've found a running replacement for + or - $4K....just a thought.
