Found the perfect home in Havi yesterday AM. Just listed day before yesterday. Thought it over for a bit then called the wife. Talked about it last night and got the approval from her. Called to make an offer today and was gonna head out there for paper work in the AM tomorrow. Damn thing is already sold just take fast. Second time this has happened. Escrow is so short it had to be a cash buyer. :banghead
