Well, today the XM channel lineup changed due to the merger.  A few of my favorite channels are now gone. :(  Time will tell if the new changes are to my liking.

Stock prices started dropping big time a few weeks back. Just one more thing people are cutting back on.

I see mainly some additions to my Sirius lineup, a few exchanges like the Reggae station, which now is XM's Joint.
.
I'd be willing to bet Ken that whatever your favorite was has somehow been traded for the equivelant from the Sirius lineup.

Agree with ya on that one WD.  I really love my Sat Radio for River and Desert trips, but I have started listening more to Pandora radio on iPhone and almost think I do not need my Sat anymore.  The down side is iPhone has some dead zones where Sat works everywhere so far.

Correct a mundo Zigman!  :good   My pre-sets were crossed over to the new channels which are pretty much the same music.  XM Fungus was dropped a month ago for AC/DC radio, that sucked, but I notice they put Faction in the lineup so I am happy about that.

Overall not that bad ................

My sirius receiver died a month or so ago... I suppose when I get a new one I'll have to relearn the channels...  :rolleyes

I won't think you'd be effected at all. I think the ones that play monthly are gonna get it in the shorts though. Monopolies tend to raise prices.

one in the wifes car, one in my truck both xm both with two years left on three year contracts. that was the breaking piont for the lowest price. The boat was a freebee kinda  :stupid  I talked the wife into a lifetime membership with the logic that it was a one time payment on a radio that we don't use much :good but we won't be making monthly payments. Good deal and I get radio. hope they  don't jack it up :angry

it's going to tke some time to sort out the xm lineup, some of my stations are gone , But have sirius replacements  :banghead hope they don't kill us on price and can survive

Look at the bright side....XM Subscribers now get the NASCAR channel.  That is the only reason I subscribed to SIRIUS.  Don't think I'll renew when it comes up for renewal though since I am rarely in my vehicle anymore when the races are on.

Same here, Life time subscription. It's paid for itself so now it's free for me. Mine is a plug and play so I have docks at home, truck, boat, vacation house and one I use whever I'm in something that doesn't have a dock like my camper or someone elses car. :good
If I remember corectly I got in on the lifetime when it was still $399, since I sold Sirius with the bmw's I had a rep tip me off to the fact the price was gonna jump :jumpie
