Do companies advertise Perscription Drugs on radio/TV...?? I just don't get it... :stupid

The "side effects/warnings" scare me enough (and go on and on) NOT to even ask my doctor about the drug, let alone accept a perscription for it... :beat

Them ads cost big bucks...must pay off though, cuz there's a crap-load of 'em nightly... :eek

Gotta watch that too. Wife and I were stopped by the Federales after leaving a Pharmacy in Mexico. All we had purchased was some first-aid supplies. Looked through our things, and let us go. :rolleyes

What's even more amazing, they run paper ads in Womens magazines...the Ad is one page, the disclaimers take another 3-4 pages... :rotflmao
