All you folks from cali, PLEASE learn how to drive before coming to my state and driving in a ice storm, I saw a car up in east cleveland that slid into a pole with cali plates. LOL I see alot of cali plate around here lately, I talk to a guy at the gas station with cali plates and he said he just move here, I ask him how he like it so far and he was not very happy about it.

I hear ya.  Last week I was watching a car with California plates on it trying to get up a little hill by my house.  He finally gave up and slid sideways down the hill.  I went down and talked to him (He was from SoCal) and he said he couldn't figure out why he couldn't make it up the hill when everyone else could....after all, he just put new snow chains on.

Well, turns out that the car was rear wheel drive and he had the chains on the front :rotflmao  :rotflmao  :rotflmao

NO you can not drive a car in ohio on somebody tag but the one to the car and the owner, I'm not sure how it is out there but here, like when I got the pt, it came with cali plates on it but I DO NOT DARE drive it with that plate, I have to get a 30 day temp tag.
