I know I can get them cheap from Rex marine. But I am cheap and I was bored. I canâ€™t handle the lake on Holiday weekends. So I make stuff at home to keep me busy.

Working 6 days straight (someone has to protect south central)(!

Going up to my place next two weekends though.
My new assignment has actually been more fun than river trips this summer, but it's time to get out to the river house.

The house we bought 3 years ago was a dump. It has taken mucho $$$$$$$$, and many, many weekends to get it into shape. It is looking really great now. Finally finishing up the last bathroom. Wife wants it done...

Then only a deck for the spa and that is about it. :jumpie

looks like I'm the only one that was not productive on this three day weekend at home. I haven't done a thing.... I was feeling guilty yesterday, then I decided.... IT'S LABOR DAY WEEKEND... I'm doing exactly what I'm suppose to do....

It's rare that I'm home for this long so it's nice to just chill out on the various pieces of furniture in my house. I think my cat wants me to go back to work though, I keep taking her spots.

She's found a box that I can't fit into, so she's pretty happy right now. LOL :rotflmao

sorry, a little kitty lovers humor. I'm cracken myself up... maybe I should start cleaning or something.

Sorry to hear about those of you that work

HD has worked all three days that I've been home. I'm a little upset at ALBERTSONS right now for taking my man away from me on my rare time home.

Hurt my back at work installing a plasma tv. Unfortunately, I don't drink anymore (too many issues with the law in my younger days), but I have thought alot about tequila and whiskey lately

I go to the doctors and they put me in traction 3 times a week and that helps. it probably don't help as much as the Darvocet, Vicodin, Codeine, and electrical shocks though. I get to go back to work tomorrow :jumpie

but only limited duty

and my boss is gonna watch me close....if I look like I'm in too much pain, he's gonna make me go home

Not that I love my job, but I just miss working and being active.
