So Bushy and I are approaching our first anniversary (where the heck did a year go anyway?)

So I got to looking and traditionally for your first, paper is the gift... I guess a mortgage is paper, right?

Becky and I signed a contract on a new house yesterday afternoon...  :jumpie  Should be done sometime this fall, assuming the stars allign and all that... we're pretty excited...  :good

She's doing very well, busy at work and she went back to school in January full time... they wen't all nanny on her at work and she can't get on these sites during the day.

Thanks Ziggy... our anniversary is still a little ways off, but the way time flys by right now it'll be here before we know it.

I was going to wait a bit, but the builders are pilling on the incetives to buy right now, couldn't pass it up.

I know I haven't posted much lately.  I wish I had a really good excuse like Sleek ties me up a night or I was just Sleek's "imaginery wife"  :D  But really, we got big brothered at work and I spend most evenings doing school work.

We're moving into the high rent district... Tangerine Crossings.

I looked at Meritage, but didn't want to live right next to the sprawl of downtown Marana, and I-10, and the RR... since I have to live on this end of town, we were kind of limited as to which builder and where..

Cousin Eddy is going to the scrapper if I can't get anyone to buy it.... though if someone rights me a check for ~3K right now I'll let them take him home...

2 car garage... enough to keep the green monster inside and give Becky a place to park...

No pools... yet...

Single story... big single story...

4 bedroom 2 bath...

I understand burnt orange is making a comeback... :D  We have our first meeting with the "design consultant" next Friday.  He's going to point out all the cool stuff in the model that isn't in the base price.  :rolleyes

May have to do another fly by and ck out the MH. After dropping the coin on the new appliances, the ac just blew up in the Suburban, and wanting to make a lake trip. Just about eats up that 3K. But I think I have a jar of quarters in the spare room.  ;)
